How do I complete the onboarding form?
Simply fill out your personal and business details in the form provided after your purchase.
What information is required for onboarding?
We need your name, email, phone number, mailing address, city, state, and zip code. Business name is optional.
How soon can I access my membership benefits?
Once your onboarding form is submitted, you will receive access to all membership features within 24 to 48 hours.
Can I update my information later?
Yes, you can update your details at any time through your account settings.
Are there any additional costs?
Your membership platform access fee covers all benefits and features listed. And you will be charged $5.00 per lead generated, unless otherwise stated. You have full control of how many leads are delivered per day and you can also get projected lead estimates to better plan ahead.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Just remember that there are no refunds due to the nature costs attributed to acquiring intent-based leads (data and multiple third party platform fees).
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment is missed, access to features may be temporarily suspended until resolved.
How do I renew my membership?
Memberships renew automatically unless you choose to cancel before the renewal date.
